Artist Paul Rudy | Exhale White Coffee Mug

from $12.50
You've been holding it in longer than you realize. The tension in the shoulders. The to-do list running on a loop. The weight of everything that needed doing before you even got to sit down with this cup. And now — here you are. This is your moment. Paul Rudy captured the feeling that lives just on the other side of the breath you've been forgetting to take. This is your release mug. Your "put it down for five minutes" mug. The one that reminds you that the most radical thing you can do some mornings is simply breathe out — all the way — and begin again. ☕🌬️✨ Cover Art by Paul Rudy & the Kate Shu Collective Paul Rudy is a composer, sound artist, and educator whose work explores sound as a medium for presence, perception, and deep human connection. Based in the Kansas City region, Paul creates performances, installations, sound-based rituals, and participatory listening environments that invite people to slow down, sense more fully, and engage with the living world around them. His practice spans composed music, sound healing, land-based work, and collaborative projects that weave together ecology, community, and care. Central to Paul's work is what he calls harmonic intelligence — an embodied capacity to sense coherence, navigate complexity, and remain present within a shared, living system. He treats sound not as a fixed object, but as a living field that connects body, place, memory, and imagination. Whether working in concert halls, galleries, care centers, or open outdoor spaces, Paul invites listeners to become co-creators, allowing meaning to emerge through attention rather than prescription. Paul is one of five Kate Shu Collective STAR Resident Artists and a treasured member of the Monarch Shoppe family. His journals are an invitation — to listen more deeply, to notice more fully, and to write the story that only you can tell. "The journey is not my design, but your desire." — Paul Rudy About this Mug: • Available in 11 oz, 15 oz, and 20 oz • Premium white gloss finish • Printed using dye sublimation technology — the image is fused directly into the ceramic surface for vivid, true-to-life color that won't fade, crack, or peel.
