RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Monarch Shoppe.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners.

Accordingly, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except as expressly stated below.

1. NO RETURNS FOR BUYER’S REMORSE

Under Iowa law and applicable UCC provisions, the Monarch Shoppe does not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size, color, or style selection

• Preference-based dissatisfaction

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within SEVEN (7) DAYS of delivery.

To submit a claim, email kate@kateshuconsulting.com with:

• Order number

• Clear photographic evidence of the issue

• Brief description of the defect

Approved claims will result, at our sole discretion, in either:

(a) a replacement, or

(b) a refund to the original payment method.

3. SHIPPING & ADDRESS ERRORS

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipments are not refundable.

4. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law, the remedies described in this policy are your exclusive remedies.
